Well Completion Card Service
Complete well histories are published regularly as scout cards for all wells in Kansas. Concise well information is presented on a sturdy
4" x 6" index card in section-township-range order for easy reference.

The Kansas West Scout Card service offers completed wells in central and western regions, covering all townships from ranges 1 west through 42 west, and some selected deeper producing counties in eastern ranges from 1 east through 13 east. Scout cards are issued bi-weekly.
Subscription Cost: $215 / mo. • $2,580 / yr. (First Class postage and appropriate sales tax not included)

The Kansas East Scout Card service offers completed wells in the shallower producing areas in extreme eastern regions, covering all townships from ranges 15 east to 25 east. The Scout cards are published monthly.

2023-2024 'RED BOOK'

The new, updated Independent Oil & Gas Directory of Kansas, commonly referred to as the `Red Book', is now available. The RED BOOK contains a comprehensive listing of over 3,000 operators, producers, professionals, and service and supply companies who currently do business in the oil and gas industry in Kansas. The 540-page, spiral-bound book is very compact, easy to use and easy to carry (5" x 7"). This is the 28th Edition.

Companies and professionals are alphabetically listed in the GENERAL SECTION along with addresses, phone and fax numbers, email (if available), website addresses, branch offices, company services, and more. In addition to the General Section, three other colored Sections make for quick reference. The Abstract / Title companies, as well as county newspapers of record, are listed in a separate ABSTRACTERS SECTION. A yellow-page SERVICE SECTION lists companies by categories for easy referral to hundreds of goods, services, equipment, and supplies. Finally, a KEY PERSONNEL SECTION contains a cross-index of individual names with company affiliations and phone numbers.
